It’s not state law it’s Pennsylvania versus men’s Supreme Court ruling and it says an officer can ask you out of the car if the officer feels his safety is in jeopardy. It’s not just any reason but most cops think is.

cop "not until I'm done talking" Jesus Christ when do they ever f****** shut up. you'll get one word then they'll start talking again which you'll have to listen to to comply. really the only thing you need to say is write a ticket or arrest me. then you can sue them for tens of thousands of dollars which you'll get.
