@craig_mccloskey: Why doesn’t raw milk go bad?🥛🤯 Raw milk sours & ferments… pasteurized milk spoils and goes rotten🤢 Raw milk, still full of enzymes and beneficial bacteria, will naturally ferment into clabber milk (or kefir). And kefir (with all of the incredible probiotics) has been shown in dozens of studies to benefit human health in a variety of ways… Gut support, skin issues, mental health, and many more 💯 When raw milk naturally ferments, it makes the make more acidic lowering the pH to about 3.5. What’s great about this is pathogenic bacteria can’t survive (e. Coli, salmonella, etc.), but all the probiotics thrive! This makes fermented raw milk an incredible gut supporting food 🤝🏽

raw milk can be very unsafe, it’s caused many foodborne illness cases which have led to hospitalisation and death

Raw milk is better because besides the nutrients being destroyed in pasteurisation, commercial ‘full cream’ milk isn’t actually full cream, they separate the milk into cream and skim milk, and to sell ‘full cream’ milk they add back the just enough cream for the legal requirement of milk fat to call it full cream

The only difference between pasteurized and not pasteurized is that one gets rid of harmful bacteria and other beneficial nutrients gets added and the other one doesn’t

It’s probably because raw milk already has good bacteria that takes over and dominates the microbiome and doesn’t allow other pathogens to grow, so it ferments

yOu NeeD To BOil milk before drinking . when boiling milk BOTH the good and bad bacteria get killed so pasturised milk is useless and raw milk is better
