@kaparkfitness: The typical “No Excuses” caption 😅 Adapt & Overcome 💪🏻 If you saw my stories you’ll know I crushed my foot just under a week ago - I haven’t shared any photos on here of said foot because it is gross 😅 but maybe I will just to show the affect a 20kg plate can have 😂 On crutches (as you can see) and will be for minimum another week (possibly more, we’ll see how it recovers) but I get antsy if I don’t train, so had to do something and there’s nothing wrong with my upper body (other than the usual) 😅 I won’t lie, my ego & pride have taken a hit and I have lost my patience with it but it’s nothing I can’t handle - we continue to adapt and keep going 💪🏻
Bro I got hit by a car snapped my leg clean in half through the flesh had a surgery basically got given internal metal bone structure got told to use crutches for 3 months and I went clubbing first night after a month without them and than started working my welding job picking up panels weighing more than me 😂 ignore them doctors!

That’s actually very good! It’ll help you recover faster 😊 I wish I had the energy to workout more, I lost so much muscle those 6-7 weeks🥲 I tried but was too painful. Still recovering 2,5 months later 😅
