I've got a dell laptop too ( latitude 5480) which charges fast and fine up to 50% then it stops increasing or sometimes increases in 1%/HR . I had a faulty fan which I've fixed but the issue still persists. NB: the battery health is at 80%. so any viable fix ? 🙏🏻

I haave a simmilar laptop bot displaying backlights to lcd but if you put a light source behild the lcd you can make out some displaying parts what to do

I inject 5v 2 Amps on main Power Rail so the shorted component gets hot and I replace it.
