I’m going to get my ID tomorrow and I didn’t know I needed all these documents 😭 They said I need my birth certificate, my Social Security card, the pediatrician’s handwritten notes from the day I was born, a notarized letter from the doctor who delivered me, my mom’s maternity ward bracelet, my first-grade report card, my kindergarten teacher’s contact information, a DNA test proving I’m actually my parents’ child, my newborn footprints, and a letter from my mother confirming she did, in fact, give birth to me. 😭😭

So what if I don’t have paystubs or ssc i only have a birth certificate and hospital bill and Medicaid card and mail with my name I don’t have ANY thing else bc my parents refuse to give me anything and they live a couple states away!

I only have my birth certificate and ssn my school mail has my middle and last names a I don’t associate myself with my first name unless I need to be
