I have Lupus and I mean Lupus like diet change exercise do not help. Sun does not affect me. I agree with everything else.I can be outside as long as I have sunscreen on. I tan and get very dark. I guess I wondering if there are any others like me.

Mine does this 😁 and I have to go to the ER so my airway doesn’t swell up and I die…..I have been admitted to the hospital in my city 68 times for this same thing

I found out that Lupus can cause food allergies! I went from having 2 allergies(beef and dairy) to having 21 different food allergies so I always recommend seeing an allergist if you start having weird issues/triggers/ flares with food. I had no idea prior that Lupus could do this until my Rheumatologist told me it can happen and it suuuuuuccckkkss!

I was told no sprouts whatsoever. No bean sprouts or alfalfa sprouts. Also no melatonin. I was told it can trigger a flare. Fluorescent lights are worse than regular sunlight for me.

I can relate to almost everyone of those things. problem is my blood tests do not confirm lupus. im struggling 😪

I am trying to figure out my symptoms and what I have, if I could possibly have lupus or something else, so far I have been diagnosed with ton of inflammation in my body, including my eyeballs. I started with stomach issues first, which is a mixture of everything but to sum it up im gonna just say gerds. However after I started getting chalazions, and then the rash across my face appeared and things suddenly slowly progressed and began to worsen, a month ago I ended up getting diagnosed with gastroparesis, and my white cell count is higher than my red. however my ana test is negative. but I have the same joint pain issues, I will feel like a shock in my joints, my fingers and wrist will hurt the most. There is a ton more, but I haven't solved my case yet 😔 My stomach also rejects any pill type. It hurts it and makes me gag.

I’ve also never been able to drink alcohol, and the more I tried it the worse the reaction became, now I get hives.

I feel this. I can get sunburnt through a car window and I can drive like 10 minutes from my house to Walmart and have a rash 😩
