I really like how sudden and startling the glitches can be which gives the audience a sense of how abrupt and unexpected the glitches can be to miles and the other characters!!!

Yeah, it’s a good assumption. I think it’s pretty clear that they don’t see the glitching, especially since Earth-42 Rio and Aaron could’ve easily noticed this but didn’t. And Miles even glitches in front of Aaron as he is restrained. So, if Aaron had seen this, he likely would’ve questioned him about it, or Miles G.
