Or you could go to a psychiatrist in person and take the test they give although when I walked in the door she looked at me and was like yeah you have adhd I lost my phone in front of me and my purse was overflowing with trash

Any Dr will diagnose you and can get the test at any local health department for free but they don’t prescribe meds but they get the paper to make it go faster

its genetic meaning if both your parents have it your 75% more likely to have it then not, alsoit basically multiples with every generation because of that so most/maybe 50% of people in the millennial-gen z generation have it while most every in the newer ones most likely have it

If it’s a real diagnosis? WTF? As someone with adhd, it is very real and no not everyone has it. And just so you know it’s not just about being able to sit still, you can ruin relationships, ruin your job, isolate, deprioritize your mental health, etc. I knew several people with lovely life’s. Good friends family etc, but their mental health got so bad bc they couldn’t prioritize it, that they committed. So for you to question if it’s real or not, is extremely offensive
