I will be honest with you. I am quite new to the usa but what I have seen in the healthcare sector is horrible. there is this lack of humanity here as compared to the uk. People who are meant to be warm, therapeutic and caring become very cold and only function in "eye service".

The reason this keeps happening is Police Officer's keep getting away with using excessive force. If the Courts let alone their own superiors jailed Officer's who committed these acts they wouldn't keep doing it. But it's the US and the only punishment is having losing their job in that county. They just move to another county.
