More of these! I’m a scheduler and today I had the dilemma of putting a rescheduling patient with a hygienist who privately requested not to see them again, vs putting the patient with a different hygienist the patient requested to avoid if possible. (I told the patient that the avoided hygienist was the only option for 6 months but I could call them from a wait list with other openings so they could make the choice for me haha)
