Other tenants have been there 8 years and want to stay. Needs some cosmetic work, but we’re keeping them. 2️⃣ A two-story duplex. Each unit is a 3 bed, 2 bath with a full two-car garage. My first time buying a two-story one. 3️⃣ The 12-unit property. Three fourplexes side by side. We toured one unit and it looked better than expected. 🔥 Huge win!
