@sooziethefoodie: I found the coolest baby squash at a farmers market in Asheville! These almost look like little bowling pins 🎳 I have really been loving pickled squash lately so I decided to pickle these! I made a simple pickle brine with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water. I also added in salt, cane sugar, garlic, leeks, pink peppercorns, and bay leaves! I cannot wait to share these over the holidays ❤️ #babysquash
