@thekingofkings000: The silver Toyota Corolla was stolen out of Mason City, Iowa. Now it was 140 miles to the north, carrying two men with long criminal histories through the Twin Cities. And our deputies were on them. Another deputy was posted up down the street, waiting to help stop the stolen in an area with no pedestrians. Then the Corolla rolled by, and deputies made their move. They briefly boxed it in, but its driver wheeled around them and made a break for I-94. He didn’t make it. A PIT maneuver spun the car to a stop. The two men were ordered out and arrested. Both have long records – for drugs, guns and fleeing from police several times. And yesterday, their run ended at the Ramsey County jail. Like the sign at the Iowa border says, “Minnesota Welcomes You.” Please enjoy our facilities, fellas.
