@theconsciousvet: Head shake? Red flag! 🚩 Ear infections make dogs shake—and shaking can create an aural hematoma (blood trapped between the ear flap and skin). It hurts, deforms the ear, and can require sedation or surgery! Action plan: same-day vet exam, ear cytology, targeted meds, and pain control. Protect the ear (cone/head wrap) until treated.
