I prefer the jibun techo from kokuyo, but im thinking of getting a wallet hobonichi one page perday for mini journaling. A full blank page makes me too stressed 😂

I have several Hobonichi including the Avec which is a Cousin halved in 2. I only use fountain pens in them. It ghosts a little depending on the nib and ink viscosity. I use tombow and mild liner markers. absolutely no problem. you should own one Hobonichi at least once in your life. buy an older one at a discount and redate it to try!

I was a hobonichi girlie for years and I recently switched to a common planner. very similar to the hobonichi but cheaper and they just released a new version where the monthly, weekly, and daily are consecutive and not different sections (of that makes sense).

I bit the bullet last year and got myself the hobonichi weeks for 2025 and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! And for 2026 I decided I wanna try the A6 techo original and she’s so cute I can’t wait to start using it so I wonder if I’ll like it more or less than the weeks.

I have the Yumi Kitagishi weeks for 2026….. I feel like I am going to do this one because I have been following so many people that have laid out really good spreads for this version…. Check back with me around this time next year to see if I stay or make a switch…. My back up plan is Midori.
