I saw a woman sitting in her car with her window down crying. no idea why. as I walked by i stopped and told her," ma'am we need you here. it matters that you are here. would you like a hug?" she practically jumped through her windows and hugged me. her husband had just told her his cancer had returned over the phone and she said she felt very alone. I said nothing else but thank you and I cried with her. I wish someone had done that for my sister when I wasnt around to do it. she took her own life never giving me a chance to do just that.
