Y’all want to know what’s crazy. How women are expected to do this and men are not. I have yet to hear of a man say they would love to work from home so they can care for the kids and get things done around the house on their break. Women are expected to work and be homemakers.

Part of my reason for filing a divorce was bc I was expected to be a housewife but still earn half the income. No thanks. I am not a housekeeper chef maid, landscaper, and pool boy all in one.

I get it can be exhausting but eliminating the drive to and from work alone means you can do so much for yourself and your house that people that commute to work struggle finding the energy to do.

I think something people don't understand is that in a daycare, baby would be waiting on someone to finish up with someone else, waiting on diaper changes, waiting on a bottle, etc. Babies of moms working from home get the same if not more attention than they would in a daycare setting in my opinion. Plus, most stay at home moms are not being supermom and playing with or attending to baby 24/7 either!! We're allowed to do things outside of what baby wants or needs, it's HEALTHY and it's HUMAN.

I’ve worked from home for 3 years as a NP and sahm and for me personally it’s the best and easiest thing ever 😅 I’ll never go back to the hospitals ever! My house is always clean, meals are made, I get to be with my babies all day. It’s so perfect
