bottom line is i don't have to comply with a cop or his orders if I haven't done anything wrong and just because i don't reply or comply doesn't give them the right to use k9 force on me and that guy did nothing wrong let alone probably didn't hear the orders for the fact he was sleeping cops should have to verify if the complaint is valid by first maybe checking with the owner or renter of the property and not listen to some ex girlfriend that don't even live there anymore that's the problem with cops these days they think they are allowed to do whatever they want and don't ever bother to investigate what's going on they just go off the 911 call and yes I get alot of them are legitimate calls as well but you will be surprised how many of those 911 calls are false allegations all together or just misinformation and one sided stories so it's very important to investigate first before just jumping into action especially when there is no sign of anyone being hurt like all they had to do here was surround the apartment outside so the supposed suspect can't escape and then go talk to the property owner and find out if anyone is suppose to be there and bam you would have found out yes that he was allowed there and could have left but nope that's not enough action for the POS cops in this situation he wanted his dog to bite someone i also feel if a police dog was to bite a innocent person even if the cop was the one who released the dog to bite should be put down just like any other dog i know if my dog was too bite someone even on my private property while protecting me she would still be put down even thou it was legitimate reason for her to bite
