As a parent you wouldn’t be okay with someone at a daycare or school spanking your child, so why is it okay when you do it? I’ve worked with two year olds and it’s SO easy to redirect their behavior without even thinking about spanking.

Her boyfriend has also admitting to hitting those kids … he said it is considered discipline! She also has to think way to hard for and excuse to “pop” her child . She is lying… and quit calling it popping … it’s hitting!!!!!

The fact she has a “cute” nickname for it tells me it’s something they talk about a lot in the home which means it’s a common form of punishment or she at least uses it as a threat which is also not acceptable.

my mother used to smack me in the face and mouth a lot when I was "being disrespectful" and she called it popping me it's still abuse, idc what you say 😌 if you'd catch jail time doing it to an adult, you absolutely should not do it to children.
