Why would anyone put a solid one piece clutch break in had very good luck with two piece very easy to change out without having to pull the transmission. Can be done in a half hour.

that's actually not an uncommon thing for one side to wear more most people just never realize it because it still has friction material on one side so it is still working maybe not quite as well but they don't take a look until it's not. you're probably just changing the clutch and caught it.

Are you pushing the clutch peddle down all the way when in gear and rolling?

Local News in the US :
How many miles on it? Use a split clutch brake so U can change it without pulling the transmission. It could be grease not getting to both sides or the driver is to heavy on the pedal when changing gears.

I would have liked to have seen it before you cleaned it . To me that’s not enough grease , however you say you service it more than regularly . Clutch brakes live in grease , yep I said it

All you people saying it’s from driving with foot on the clutch pedal are stressing me TF out. You obviously don’t know what you’re talking about!

Grease the throw out bearing until the grease comes out on to the clutch break it will let it slide but will still stop the trans from turning it will last for ever that way

Push the clutch all the way down with truck rolling. Clutch brake not a truck brake.

Look up at the bearing after greasing check for fresh grease coming out of the release bearing, I have seen remote grease hoses with holes in the hose

The only thing that wears out a clutch brake is engaging it while the truck is still moving.

It’s definitely not been getting greased enough or that thing wouldn’t be so dry.

ya I'd say sitting at red light or stop sign with clutch pressed all the way in is the issue.
