My mom never submitted my locks of love hair either. When I was in third grade I had hair down to my butt and I got it cut off at chin length and I was so excited to donate it! Found it in a sandwich bag in high school. Disappointing.

If your throat is still irritated with N95 cartridges, you should probably go up in protection. They go up to N100 and you can get cartridges that take out the urine smell.

well, 1 room down. great job. it's crazy that you wear all that protective gear and it still gets to you. it's insane to think someone actually lived in there for an extended period of time. looking forward to what room you clean out next.

My dad was also a hoarder and I was not able to face cleaning out what was my childhood home myself after he died. You are definitely not overreacting. It's so hard. You're doing great.

it might be worth having an air purifier running in the rooms your in while cleaning! you can also make homemade ones with box fans and air filters
