try sauteeing the pumpkin over low heat to get rid of the moisture instead of blotting, it’s less wasteful and i think it deepens the flavor a little bit

@Alex G-lilypcrumbs I recently started adding 1 tbsp of corn syrup to my cookie recipes and it gives the perfect amount of chew! My favorite recipe to pair it with was the handle the heat brown butter toffee cookies, you have to try it some day! Love your videos btw 🥰❤
