This Wing Lei never received a Michelin Star. the wing lei at the wynn macao is the one with a michelin star. they have different menus.

fun fact! I'm a former designer of this restaurant 💪💪 the cherry trees in the backyard were imported from Japan. each are over 100 years old and required a special horticulturalist to maintain.

When I ate there and did the Peking duck they also took the duck back after cutting it up table side and then made lettuce wraps with the rest. Did they not do that?

I have taken a Masterclass cooking class at Wing Lei and we also dine twice a year, I especially enjoy Wing Lei during the holidays. The menu is extensive and the service is impeccable.
