Serious question. So you do these inspections on new home. But what happened then? Does the builder come and fix anything? Or just say oh well and now th homeowner has to deal with it.

I hope none of you expect this to get better. The entire industry is unregulated bc the builders use the leverage of cheap immigrant labour. Teachers want more pay while an entire unregulated industry is responsible for providing contractual equity which most people base their wealth off. Remember people home builders are the most racist entity we employ.
