That’s why propaganda spreads. And that’s why the same negative thought repeated daily becomes your identity. It’s also why affirmations and visualization can rewire your brain when used with intention. Because repetition doesn’t judge. It simply obeys. Most people never realize how much of their personality, taste, and belief system has been built by repetition. Not truth. Not experience. Just exposure.
