I feel them like crazy on my skin and scalp last year i used soolantra for a while and my skin calmed but I kept s getting more pimples so I dtopped as I thought the cream base was breaking me out . But using tge cream the sensations stopped . My skin is now is thin and dry but in my t one gets quite I oily and the sensations and inflammation has gotten so bad . I don’t know what to use . If I should go back on soolamra . My skin is quite dry so would Sulfur wash dry it out even more ?
