Which they knew wasn't true but instead they let the media run with that for the next few weeks. This is Silva the now chief, who just makes excuses for bad officers so we cant expect much more out of him. And of course it also has Nixon, who's proven to not be fit for this role over and over. She actually tampered with her camera the night of the accident to hide what was going on with Garcia and her telling him to shut up and not talk to anyone? Basically aiding this criminal in an attempt to keep him out of trouble, or getting into more trouble. I've never seen them telling anyone else not to talk...
