Why aren’t they using UPS or FedEx. Literally my package has stated undeliverable which is not accurate. We have the Feds in my town now and I know many of the drivers are Spanish speaking. I hope they’re ok.

they lost my Angel In the Cloud a few months ago. Contact pop mart and they told me they couldn't do anything since it was marked as delivered 😡 no refund. so had to buy another one 😤
