Ok so hear me out.. I've had mine a couple years. Just couldn't get into the habit of warming my towels idk why. BUT - I warm my small blanket for when I get out of. The shower and into my bed bc it always so cold in the winter!! And it's toasty and ready to go !! Makes me happy
