It's ALWAYS the mid level performers that behave badly. I worked in a theatre that sometimes had big stars in the shows, the most successful actors that had TV and film careers and performed in theatre for passion were always great, the mid level performers were the rudest.

I had the reverse, I was the costume assistant on a movie with a mid rage actress who what literally getting big in her career, and in her first fitting she turned to me and asked “gay or straight?” I said gay then she said thank god and flung her top off revealing her breasts and proceeded to change in front of me. After this initial fitting she felt comfortable enough to do it at every fitting with out consent. It didn’t bother me I was just glad that she had asked and had that sense of comfort. I will never forget that experience that’s for sure, I never had a man with out underpants but I did have a boy band member and a huge Lost Boys actor drop trouser in front of the whole staff room with out hesitation, with undergarments on, before I could point out the dressing rooms, the boy band member told me that they have to get changed in so many crazy situations that nothing phases them anymore and dropping trousers without shyness is just part of the process at this point of his career.

While I understand your point of view in not naming names and trying to address the system as a whole, the people you protect by not naming them are often where real change will come from, from consequences. These men will never willingly change this system that benefits them till it no longer benefits them, and that’s usually from consequences outweighing benefits. The mind set of “I’m just as bad as them if I am not a pacifist” was spread by abusers to keep their victims from fighting back. People who use violence to establish power do not listen to pacifists.

Well match their energy and make them feel that their pee pee is tiny. You need to fight fire with fire. If you want to do it the decent way, make it your shop's policy that innerwear is compulsory. Always have disposable underpants ready (just like shoe stores have those disposable socks) and make them mandatory.
