What do I do if my uncle made my grandpa sign a will my uncle wrote THE SAME DAY AS MY GRANDMAS FUNERAL? I asked my grandpa if he remembered that or signing it and he said no. Is it a conflict of interest to have an Uncle (in law) who is a lawyer, be a witness to a change of Will for an elderly person that is not a blood relative but (god parent) to you.
