UFO Buns is a burger truck in Minchinbury in Western Sydney and they make burgers that are pressed and sealed so they’re crispy on the outside, soft and hot on the inside and mess-free to eat (perfect for parents with kids or if you’re eating in the car).  Their grass-fed beef burger patties are still so tasty and cooked in ghee and tallow making it a healthier option than those cooked in vegetable oil.
