flameshot because kagu already has two dashes, both useful in various situations, but flicker is also good for chasing and doing freestyles, it’s our own choice to decide, both are useful throughout some matches, some situations, also when using flicker, use damage build, then flameshot for cdr build, because flicker can instant kill some squishies if you build two holy crystals and ofc skypiercer, and for the cdr and flameshot combo, cdr also has decent damage, and flameshot with it’s unique 50 second cooldown, combined with the support emblem called “Pull Yourself Together”, it can make battle spells and ingame spells (i forgot what’s called) like winter crown something like that. With the Cooldown reduction build, you have an 18 Second ultimate cooldown, and a 2 second first skill cooldown, useful for slowing enemies and poking them, make sure, that you have a “Enchanted Talisman” Item in your cdr build because it restores mana, and magic damage heroes are dependent on their skills (natan and harith excluded because they rely on basic atks) also some people combine flicker and cdr build, for confusing and escaping enemy teamfights.
