My dad taking shiruto. He gt blood cancer stage 4. Chemo was going and he was taking shiruto aft the 2nd chemo. He cant eat anything except fruits. He ate lots of pears, apples, carrots and berries. Aft all session done, he was in recovering period and his skin was glowing, he able to do his everyday work too
