another suggestion you can use is take the bus. i usually take bus 36. leads u right to suntec/singapore flyer/promenade. and has much more access to diff trains n buses from there.

I did just that by not knowing anything. I asked locals and they guided me - super friendly. It’s was super cheap. I got charged $0.11 AUD on when I paid with Amex Card.

the cheapest and quickest way is to go to the bus stops at all terminals. Bus 36 brings you to Orchard Road

This is not the cheapest neither is it the quickest. Cheapest is the bus, quickest is grab or taxi. Visitors should also note that this is not an express train to the city. It’s a regular train with many stops
