#chicken #Recipe #husbandwife #Love #fypシ #fyp #foryoupage Chicken Biryani Ingredients: - 2 large onions, thinly sliced - 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces - 3 tbsp biryani masala - 1/2 cup plums, pitted - 1 cup crushed tomatoes - 1 cup plain yogurt - 2 cups basmati rice - 1 lemon, sliced - A pinch of saffron - Salt to taste - Oil for cooking Instructions: 1. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat and add the sliced onions. Cook until golden brown, then remove half of the onions and set aside for layering. 2. To the remaining onions in the pan, add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn golden brown. 3. Add biryani masala, plums, crushed tomatoes, and salt to the chicken. Stir well to combine. 4. Cook the chicken mixture for 15 minutes, then add the plain yogurt. Mix well and cook for another 30 minutes on low heat. 5. In a separate pot, partially cook the basmati rice in boiling water for about a quarter of the cooking time, then drain. 6. In a large heavy-bottomed pan, assemble the biryani layers: start with a layer of rice, followed by a layer of the cooked chicken mixture. Repeat until all the rice and chicken are used up. 7. Top the layers with the reserved golden brown onions, lemon slices, and sprinkle saffron on top. 8. Cover the pan with a tight lid and cook for another 15 minutes on low heat until the biryani is fully cooked and the flavors have melded together. 9. Serve the Chicken Biryani hot with raita or a side of salad. Enjoy!
