so they start out by lying to a judge to get a search warrant for your phone and then when you try to do a request to get their videos which are public records of their body cams, they'll deny it saying there's an investigation. multiple constitutional violations of your rights

I would argue that they could only sieze a camera if it has evidence of a crime. Even that is questionable because it isn't their property. BUT, then, I ask, what crime took place?
