@historytheworl: Part 2: Woman Thinks She Can Drive Drunk Because She Was Harassed at a Concert: On August 23, 2024, Rio Rancho Police Officers received a report of a speeding vehicle that was all over the roadway. Officer Albano located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The vehicle was being driven by a 27-year-old woman. The driver and her passenger were coming from a concert at the Rio Rancho Event Center. The driver admitted to consuming 2 beers at the concert and another beer at dinner. Officer Roskos arrived to conduct a Driving While Under the Influence (DWI) investigation. At the conclusion of standardized field sobriety tests, the woman was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Rio Rancho Police Station, where she agreed to submit to a breath test. She provided 2 breath samples and both recorded a breath alcohol concentration of 0.21%.
