this is corporate America at its finest. the people making the product or doing the labor should make the most at companies. the CEO at the company I work at couldn't do my job or even know how to do it correctly. how are they in charge? makes no sense.

It’s the manufacture causing issues with flat rate! Many times they have to use computers to download may take hours yet only get paid 2 tenths of an hour. Need computer programmers not mechanic

60/ 40 and if customer returns new employee takes the repair. Happened with my daughters corvette 7200 for ac evaporator replaced. 700 part the rest is profit
