Ah, my thoughts exactly. Everyone’s always uses kids as an excuse. Not just for work, but like when you get invited to an event you wanna avoid, I feel like saying “I can’t, Mia has a fever.” 😂

As a person without children I get this, what ppl with kids don't understand is that someone else has to pick up that slack, with no extra incentive for having to do it. It takes it's toll on team morale and then wonder why turnover is so high.
