Also remember those first two weeks are mostly gonna be water weight and inflammation. Which just goes to show how that kind of stuff can affect your body.

I think what it helps first is the eating clean and reducing your bloating. My bloating went right down after a few days. Drinking all the water helps too. 🥰 You are doing amazing
