Sukuna wins. I've seen people mostly say Muzan wins because of speed, but let's remember that Maki Zenin before her "awakening" managed to react, dodge, and catch a bullet from Mai Zenin (and no, it's no different from a normal weapon just because it's made of cursed energy, and I'd even venture to say the bullet might be stronger because of it). Kokushibo did the same with Genya's bullets, except here we're comparing a pre-awakening Maki to perhaps the third strongest character in the entire series. I've also seen people say the Demon Slayers are lightning fast because they can rival or dodge Hantengu's (or however you spell his name) lightning. Following that logic, we can say that characters like Two-Finger Sukuna calmly intercepted a light attack (when the special-grade curse affected Sukuna) or when Megumi used Nue with her electric attacks and still couldn't do anything to Toji. "No, but they're cursed techniques and cursed energy and blah, blah, blah." Yeah, and the other one? They're attacks based on demonic blood art, after all. And there are other things that show the Demon Slayer characters will never reach hypersonic levels, like comparing "lightning" attacks to sound attacks (in the fight between Hantengu and Mitsuri), how shockwaves are very difficult to dodge, Kokushibo being inferior to the echoes of Gyomei's chains, or Muzan himself being unable to dodge or react to an explosion. We also saw how he couldn't react when a tired and weakened Tanjiro threw his broken sword at him from a distance. And in other aspects like strength, stamina, etc., Sukuna is simply superior to Muzan in every way.
