Put all detergent directly into the drum. Stop using fabric softener…instead use white vinegar and leave the drawer and door open after every use so the machine dries out. You’ll never have mould or a smelly machine. It’s not rocket science

Guys, if the smell doesn't go away, with all the tricks. Then be sure that someone needs to open the drum, you cannot imagine what can be stuck in there.

This is absolutely the ONLY thing I haven't tried yet. I just did it, then put a dishwasher tablet in the drum and did another 90 degrees program without centrifuge.. hope this will finally hets the awful smell out of the bathroom. You get a follow.

It’s the cool washes. Don’t use the tray but the detergent in the drum. Stop using conditioner. Put a cup of disinfectant in with each wash to kill bacteria.

I've a problem with the rubber is always mould and I cleaned it all time.i do my washing machine cleaner in it all time.never can get the mould off the rubber.and the middle drawer is always water in it when finished Wash it's full off water.anyone give me advice how fixed theses two problems.

It’s your sink that’s the problem, this kept happening to my machine until I used a sink and drain cleaner, problem solved, now anytime there’s a slight smell from my machine I clean my sink drain and I never have a smell from my washing machine

I bought a 2nd hand machine to replace my brand new one that broke after only 16 months old 😑 but I did have a full refund as it was under warranty. I got a replacement but it was sat in a bungalow for 3 years not being used with the door closed so has some mould marks that I can’t seem to shift what would you recommend? As Miele want a £180 quid for a new door seal and like most I be grudge paying that as it’s from 2010 and otherwise bar some marks of mould it’s in good condition and works fine with no leaks but I can’t get rid of the stains even scrubbing it.

Please can you help 🙏🏻 We've got smelly water going into the drum when the machine isn't in use & it also gives a bad smell through the sink when the washing machine starts up & some water comes up through the plug hole 😭
