My husband and I are american citizens. he worked as a security guard. We're senior citizen. sometimes we could barely pay our bills so we tried to apply for food stamps. They asked us for a 100 things from us. After about thirty days of waiting the government only qualified us for sixteen dollars a month.I don't know how you say illegals get any kind of assistance because seriously they ask for so many documents. Have you ever tried applying for food stamps because if you did you would know that It's very extremely difficult to qualify.
