The EULA on the Switch 2 is sketchy to say the least, says they can brick your console if you disobey their rules.

A lot of indie “cheeky” games from steam are on the switch catalog so if you’re into indie games, that’s another plus. I play my switch everyday, I don’t play much Nintendo games. Blasphemous 1&2 on sale for $11 rn
