Yayyyyy for scoop out I get my bagels the same. Just the shell. Reduces my spike dramatically and for a shorter period.

interesting but you're not comparing apples to apples now. you went from 12 inch to a 6 inch which is typically half the calories, hence the shorter duration of glucose Spike. to compare accurately you would need to eat the 6 inch version of the other sandwiches
