So my vizio decided to do this, this morning. It was completely fine last night. I turn the tv on it shows the vizio logo then goes completely dark. The tv is brand new only had it for about a month

My old Vizio lasted yeaaarrrrsssss and I got a new one cause my brothers broke it when I moved. I’ve only had it for two months and it’s doing this. Ridiculous 😭

Just happened to me, was just told it costs more to repair it instead of buying a new one. I got it about a year and a half ago. Guess I’m buying a new tv this afternoon😭

Buy another one. It’s cheaper then getting it repaired and pretty sure our football season is over so you don’t need it to watch the gators 🤣

Me currently going through this. It was just working like an he ago me and my kids went out to get food and all of a sudden i came back and black screen but noise in the bachelorette plays. Also shined a flashlight and cnt see anything wrong.

100% the backlight LEDs. if you shine a bright light on the screen you will still see the image. either a repair job if you know how, but usually the replacement parts cost more than a new TV.
