As a former McD employee I’m surprised they argued with you for so long. Our we would have just gone “oh we’re sorry give us a second and we’ll fix that” not try and gaslight the customer about what they ordered.

The manager could have said sorry... I mean it WAS on their end, you didn't make a mistake, you were told go to window 1 and you went to window 1. I'm not saying you should have argued with him but seriously he can't even say sorry?

I went through dairy queen one time & ordered a blizzard, said please & thank you, asked how they were etc, what i do when I order from anywhere, I get up to the window & like 6 teenagers were standing there & gave me my blizzard for free & told me thank you for being so nice to them because people have been rude all day & they are working hard & training new people. it made me happy I made their day better but sad they were treated so poorly🥺

I order thru the drive thru a month ago I think and got to the end and the girl gave me my drink and asked what else I ordered and so I told her. she left to get my food then accidentally got distracted and forgot it. she came back to the window, saw me and goes "oh girl youre food, hold on!!" she then left and brought my food and I just laughed and smiled. she quickly apologized and laughed about it saying it had been a long day. I told her it was completely okay and laughed it off told her thank you and went on my way. food was still hot so literally no reason to complain 😂😂

my Uber eats driver spilled my drink yesterday. He kept apologizing to me and he look about ready to cry. I just told him that I'm not mad or anything, that accident happen. I got a refund and added an extra $5 to his tip. He seemed like he was already having a bad day and I had no reason to make it worse for him.
