Ever since that shortage a few years ago, nothing is the same. I’ve had 3 failed drug tests where it’s not found in my system. I had to take it in front of my doctor and come back the next day to prove I wasn’t lying. Literally NO trace of it anywhere in my system and I’ve been taking it for 20 years.

Adderall XR generic has definitely changed over the last few months. I’m overstimulated and my concentration level is low. I have found one manufacturer still works well, the two others make for a messy day. 😭

Therapist here, also ADHD’er- vyvanse generic 70mg - manufactured by Eli- not one of the mg recalled. I actually called the pharmacy to check on this recall bc I swear it’s not working the same. As a profession I talk with patients daily about efficacy, and I’m telling you personally… something is off.

Generic Vyvanse stopped working as well for me and after weeks of trying to get my insurance to approve brand name Vyvanse it has been soo much better, the generic is 100% worse than brand name
