You can.\n Suing them for doing absolutely confusing to me as well. I don't even familiar with the law of u. S, but I know they'll try to make more money out of faking trespass, they didn't call anything. They saw you with a kid. If you're a black person and you saw a white person, they thought black person is illegal, he's not anymore, there's still thing it is 'cause they're still back in the past. The police department really need to fire them from the past and hire a new one
